A short message covering any of these gets you a useful reply rather than a brochure:

The problem, in your own words
The constraints you are working under — regulatory, timing, budget, existing systems
What exists today, if anything
What "done" would look like to you

Before you write

You will get a defined piece of work with a defined price, not an open timesheet. Estimates come with the reasoning behind them.

If the work sits outside what we do well, we will say so early. That is cheaper for both sides than discovering it in month three.

Anything you send is treated as confidential and used only to answer you. We are glad to sign an NDA before you share any detail at all.
